These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MysticLeads ("Service"), operated by MysticLeads ("Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes, according to the plan you have purchased:

Credits are consumed when you perform lead enrichment searches. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used. One-time purchases grant you a fixed credit balance. Monthly subscription plans automatically refresh credits at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from one month do not carry forward on subscription plans.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, email support@mysticleads.io and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 30 days or on credits that have been consumed.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data generated by the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The MysticLeads software, brand, and all associated content are the intellectual property of MysticLeads. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited licence described in Section 1.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that results will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MysticLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
